Different kinds of PE, PVC pipe extrusion lines win a very good reputation both in domestic and foreign markets with their high quality and amusing efficiency. As the earliest company that developed and adopted Horizontal Structure with Chain Type Transmission Double Wall Corrugated Pipe line which can produce pipe from $38mm to $200mm, HUASU keeps a very good outstanding achievement during these years. In 2003, HUASU developed and adopted Horizontal Structure with Chain Type Transmission Double Wall Corrugated Pipe line which can do diameters from $200mm to$500mm. In 2005, HUASU developed another new type Double Wall Corrugated Pipe line which can do PE pipe diameter from $200mm to 800mm and PVC pipe from$400mm to $1000mm with Horizontal Structure and Shuttle Transmission. Under control of PLC from SEIMENS COMPANY and driving of Servmotors, this line realizes hermetic recycling water-cooling method, pipe two layers belling on line, etc. This line absolutely can replace the imported machines from developed countries.
